The "site" is produced by HELP THE DOCTOR L.L.C. All use of the Site is subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth below. By entering and using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood such Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide by them.

HELP THE DOCTOR L.L.C. retains all copyrights and other proprietary rights in or relating to any content, including any software, provided on the Site. You may not sell, transfer, reproduce, transmit, distribute, perform or display such content for any commercial purpose without the express consent of HELPTHEDOCTOR L.L.C.

PRIVACY POLICY

HELP THE DOCTOR L.L.C. provides the following privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. HELPTHEDOCTOR L.L.C. may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to address new issues and to reflect changes on our Site.

• Collection of Personal Information. HELP THE DOCTOR L.L.C. may ask for information about our users at the point of registration. This information tells us about the types of people who use the Site and helps us tailor the Site to our audience.

USE OF INTERACTIVE AREAS

HELP THE DOCTOR L.L.C. may provide interactive forums, chat rooms, news groups, bulletin boards and other interactive areas ("Interactive Areas") on the Site. If you use any of the Interactive Areas, you are solely responsible for your own communications and the consequences of posting those communications. HELP THE DOCTOR L.L.C. does not assume any responsibility for the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of any material posted on any Interactive Area, or of consequences of any Interactive Area communications on or arising from use of the Site. IN CASES WHERE YOU FEEL THREATENED OR BELIEVE SOMEONE ELSE IS IN DANGER, YOU SHOULD CONTACT YOUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY IMMEDIATELY.

In consideration of being allowed to use the Interactive Areas, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

HELP THE DOCTOR L.L.C. reserves the right but is not obligated to record the dialogue in public chat rooms. HELP THE DOCTOR L.L.C. does not screen communications in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users, or any other person or entity. If notified by a user of communication(s) which are alleged not to conform to the terms of this Section, HELP THE DOCTOR L.L.C. may but is not obligated to investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion to remove or request the removal of the communication(s). HELP THE DOCTOR L.L.C. reserves the right but is not obligated to remove or edit communications which are abusive, illegal, disruptive, or that otherwise fail to conform with these Conditions. TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS

HELPTHEDOCTOR, L.L.C., is the owner and/or authorized user of any trademark, registered trademark and/or service mark appearing at the Site, and is the copyright owner or licensee of the content and/or information on the Site, including but not limited to any screens appearing at the Site, except as otherwise specifically noted in the content.  You may not download and/or save a copy of any of the screens except for your own personal use or records in conformity with these Terms and Conditions.  If you make other use of this Site, except as otherwise provided above, you may violate copyright and other laws of the United States, other countries, as well as applicable state laws and may be subject to penalties.  HELPTHEDOCTOR, L.L.C. does not grant any license or other authorization to any user of its trademarks, registered trademarks, trade names, service marks, or other copyrightable material or other intellectual property or legally protected material, by placing them on this Site.

AGREEMENT

HELPTHEDOCTOR, L.L.C., reserves the right to change any information on this Site including but not limited to revising and/or deleting features or other information without prior notice.  The Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and HELPTHEDOCTOR, L.L.C. will be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana without regard to its conflict of law provisions.  You and HELPTHEDOCTOR, L.L.C. agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Shreveport, Louisiana for any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Site.

The failure of HELPTHEDOCTOR, L.L.C. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.  If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, any authority interpreting the Terms and Conditions must give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.  You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site or the Terms and Conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
